A/C Compressor O-Ring seals a refrigerant line union at the air conditioning compressor.

The O-ring is clamped between the pipe end fitting and the compressor port, and is the sealing element that keeps the refrigerant circuit pressure-tight at that joint. It is a single-use item and should be renewed whenever the joint is opened.

Lubricate the O-ring with clean refrigerant oil before fitting. The air conditioning system must be discharged before the joint is broken, and evacuated and recharged afterwards.
