O-Ring, 11mm - a sealing ring used in the power steering hydraulic circuit, at the union joints of the pressure supply and return hoses.

It seats in the groove of the hose end fitting and is compressed as the union is tightened, sealing the joint against the operating pressure of the system. The same ring is also used at the steering gear pipe connections.

O-rings are normally renewed whenever the joint they seal is disturbed.
