Front spring pad for the front suspension strut and coil spring assembly.

The pad is an elastomer insulator that seats between the end of the coil spring and its mounting seat. It cushions the metal-to-metal contact, damps the noise and vibration that would otherwise be transmitted into the body, and prevents wear and corrosion at the spring seat.

Commonly renewed whenever the strut or coil spring is removed.
