Radiator Assembly - the main coolant radiator in the engine cooling system.
Coolant leaving the engine passes through the radiator core, where airflow from the cooling fan carries the heat away before the coolant returns to the water pump. The assembly comprises the core, the top and bottom tanks and the hose and mounting points for this installation.
A radiator that is internally silted or has corroded fins cannot hold coolant temperature under load and is replaced as an assembly. Renew the hoses, clips and coolant at the same time and refill following the correct bleed procedure.
