Front Brake Disc - vented, 277 mm diameter, supplied as a pair. Part of the front brake discs and calipers assembly.
Each disc mounts to the front hub flange and provides the friction surface clamped by the front caliper pads under braking. Internal vanes between the two friction faces draw cooling air radially through the disc, carrying heat away so the pads and caliper stay within working temperature and resist fade on long descents or repeated braking.
Nominal friction-face thickness is 21 mm, overall height 51.2 mm including the hub boss. Replace once wear reaches the 18 mm minimum, or earlier if a disc is scored, heat-cracked or outside run-out limits.
Supplied as a pair - the complete front axle set, two discs per vehicle. Fit both sides together and bed in with fresh pads.
