Front Brake Pad Set Front axle disc brake pads with a carbon-based friction compound, part of the front disc brake assembly.

The pads sit in the front caliper carrier and are clamped against the front brake discs when the caliper piston is applied. New caliper guide pins are required when the pads are renewed; the front caliper guide pin kit is SEE100340. A seized or dragging guide pin prevents the caliper from releasing cleanly and causes uneven, accelerated pad wear.
