Clutch Pressure Plate - diaphragm spring clutch cover assembly, bolted to the flywheel as part of the manual transmission clutch assembly.

The cover assembly clamps the driven plate against the flywheel face to transmit engine torque to the gearbox input shaft. Pressing the clutch pedal loads the diaphragm spring fingers through the release bearing, lifting the pressure plate and interrupting the drive. Wear shows as slip under load, a heavy or juddering pedal, or an incomplete release that makes gear engagement difficult.

2.0L Td4 diesel applications. Supplied as the pressure plate (cover assembly) only; the driven plate and release bearing are separate items.
