Mainshaft Spacer for the LT85 five-speed manual gearbox used in V8 applications. It locates on the mainshaft within the Mainshaft & Pinion assembly, setting the axial position of the mainshaft gears.

Fitted between adjacent components on the shaft, the spacer maintains correct gear positioning and controls end-float as the gear train is assembled.
