Frequently asked questions

What is the GA1895 sport seat set?

The GA1895 is a pair of low-base front bucket seats for the Land Rover Defender (1986 to 2016, including Puma). They're finished in black vinyl with a diamond-pattern facing, pairing a shaped, supportive backrest with a high-density foam cushion. The low base suits a high-clearance Defender cab.

Do these seats come with mounting brackets?

No, the GA1895 seats don't include mounting hardware. A separate seat mounting kit, DA2778 base plates, is required to fit them and isn't supplied with the seats. Order the base plates alongside the seats so you have everything needed to mount them to the cab floor.

How many seats are in this listing?

This listing supplies a pair of sport seats, covering both front seating positions in a Defender cab. Buying them as a pair keeps the diamond-pattern vinyl and seat height matched across the driver and passenger sides.

Will these sport seats fit my Defender?

These sport seats fit the Land Rover Defender from 1986 to 2016, including the later Puma models. They mount using the DA2778 base plate kit. If your cab has non-standard or previously modified seat mounts, confirm the floor layout before ordering, as the base plates suit the original mounting points.
