Wheel Cylinder Repair Kit for the rear drum brake wheel cylinders.

The wheel cylinder sits within the brake drum and converts hydraulic pressure from the rear brake circuit into outward movement of the pistons against the brake shoes. This kit supplies the replacement seals used to overhaul the cylinder where the original seals have perished or the cylinder has started to weep past the dust covers.

Overhaul is only appropriate where the cylinder bore itself is unworn and free of corrosion or scoring; a pitted bore will not seal on new rubbers and calls for a complete cylinder.
