Frequently asked questions

What is the internal roll cage for the 2-door body used for?
The internal roll cage adds rollover protection inside the cabin of the 2-door Range Rover Classic. It's a full cage with the front legs mounting ahead of the dashboard, tying the front and rear of the shell together to resist roof crush in a rollover.
Why is this version specified for vehicles without air conditioning?
This cage is shaped for 2-door bodies without air conditioning. A/C ducting and components change the space around the dash and roof, so a non-A/C cage typically won't clear an A/C-equipped car. Check your vehicle's spec before ordering.
Is this an internal or external cage, and how is it fitted?
This is an internal cage, fitting inside the cabin of the 2-door Range Rover Classic rather than over the outside of the body. Internal cages are typically bolted to reinforced points on the floor and pillars, so professional fitting is usually recommended to set the mounts up correctly.
