Water pump for the cooling system of the 2.7L V6 turbo diesel.

Circulates coolant through the cylinder block and heads, the radiator and the heater circuit whenever the engine is running. The pump body carries a shaft bearing and seal, and failure shows as coolant leakage from the pump, bearing noise or rumble, or overheating caused by loss of flow.

Fit with a new gasket or sealing ring against a clean, undamaged mating face, then refill and bleed the cooling system to the specified procedure. Coolant condition should be checked at the same time, as contaminated or degraded coolant shortens the life of the seal.
