Power Steering Pipe - Steering Box to Reservoir - the return line of the power-assisted steering hydraulic circuit.

It carries fluid back from the steering box outlet to the power steering fluid reservoir, completing the loop fed by the pump on the pressure side. The pipe is pre-formed to the factory routing and sized for the low-pressure return connection at the reservoir.

For Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel installations with right-hand drive steering and factory power assistance. A weeping return pipe drops the reservoir level and draws air into the circuit, which shows as foaming fluid and noisy pump operation. Bleed the circuit and check the fluid level after fitting.
