Anti-Roll Bar Bush for the front conventional stabiliser bar.

This rubber insulator clamps the front anti-roll bar to its chassis mounting bracket, allowing the bar to twist under load while damping vibration and preventing metal-to-metal contact. It works with the anti-roll bar drop links to control body roll during cornering.

Frequently asked questions

What does the front anti-roll bar bush do?
The front anti-roll bar bush is a rubber insulator that clamps the front anti-roll bar to its chassis bracket. It lets the bar twist under load while damping vibration and preventing metal-to-metal contact, working with the drop links to control body roll. Fits Discovery 5 and Range Rover L405 (conventional stabiliser bar).
How many anti-roll bar bushes are needed?
The front anti-roll bar uses a pair of these bushes, one at each chassis mounting clamp, so order two to do the job properly. It's good practice to renew both sides together, since a worn pair causes uneven roll control. This listing covers one bush.
What are the signs the anti-roll bar bush is worn?
Worn anti-roll bar bushes usually knock or clonk over bumps and in tight turns as the bar moves in a perished bush. On Discovery 5 and Range Rover L405 you may feel vaguer handling. Replacing the rubber bushes restores tight, quiet roll control.
