Hydraulic Bump Stop and Mounting Kit supplies hydraulic bump stops for both axles together with the mounting brackets required to install them.
Hydraulic bump stops take over from the standard rubber stops at the end of suspension compression, absorbing the impact energy progressively through a damped stroke rather than arresting the axle abruptly. The mounting kits are built to withstand the repeated loading this generates and allow adjustment between a standard travel set-up and an articulation set-up.
The kit includes four hydraulic bump stops (TF140), the front mounting kit (TF542) and the rear mounting kit (TF544). It is designed as a bolt-on installation requiring few modifications.
