Front Suspension Arm Bush - the rubber-bonded pivot bush that mounts the front suspension arm to the subframe, within the front suspension arm assembly.

The bush forms the compliant interface at the arm's inner mounting point, allowing the arm to rotate through suspension travel while isolating vibration and road shock from the body structure. It also locates the arm laterally and fore-and-aft, so its condition directly affects the stability of front wheel alignment under braking and cornering loads.

Worn or split bushes typically show as vague steering, knocking over rough surfaces and uneven front tyre wear. The bush is pressed out of and into the eye of the suspension arm; the arm fasteners should be finally tightened with the suspension at normal ride height so the bush is not left preloaded in torsion.
