Coolant outlet tube forming the water outlet connection at the cylinder head, in the engine cooling circuit of the 2.0L I4 AJ200 Ingenium petrol engine.

It carries coolant out of the cylinder head and into the adjoining coolant hoses feeding the radiator and heater circuit. The joint at the head face is a known seepage point as the moulded housing and its sealing face age.

Inspect the sealing face on the head before fitting, seat the tube squarely, and tighten the retaining fasteners evenly. Refill and bleed the cooling system after installation.
