Rear Upper Suspension Arm for the rear multi-link suspension assembly.

The arm locates the upper end of the wheel carrier relative to the rear subframe, setting and maintaining camber and toe geometry through the full range of suspension travel while transmitting cornering, acceleration and braking loads into the body structure.

Bonded rubber pivot bushes at each end allow the arm to articulate while isolating road noise and vibration. Worn or split bushes are a common cause of imprecise rear-end tracking, a knocking noise over uneven surfaces and irregular tyre wear. The same arm is used on the left- and right-hand sides.
