The Anti Roll Bar Bush is a rubber bush that cushions the anti-roll bar, and on some models the shock absorber mount, against the chassis, controlling body roll while letting the bar twist. It fits the Defender, Discovery 1, Range Rover Classic and Series vehicles, front and rear.

Anti-roll bar bushes are fitted in pairs and often in multiples, and on the Series 2, 2A and 3 the records note two bushes per mount point. Count the mount points front and rear on your vehicle and renew them as a set, since worn bushes on one side unbalance the axle.

A worn anti-roll bar bush usually shows as a knock or clunk over bumps, extra body roll in corners, or perished, cracked rubber on inspection. On the Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic it's a common wear item, typically renewed in pairs to keep the suspension balanced.
