Tappet Adjusting Screw for the 2.5L 200 TDi diesel engine. It threads into the rocker arm on the rocker shaft assembly and bears on the valve stem, setting the valve clearance (tappet gap) during rocker adjustment.

Once the clearance is set, a locknut is tightened against the rocker arm to hold the adjustment.
