Front Brake Hose - the flexible hydraulic hose in the front brake circuit, connecting the rigid brake pipe on the body to the caliper at the hub.

It carries brake fluid across the full range of suspension travel and steering movement, so it has to remain flexible and pressure-tight through full lock and full articulation while resisting road spray and heat from the brake. Hoses are renewed when the outer cover is cracked, chafed or swollen, when the hose bulges under pedal pressure, or when the end fittings show corrosion or weeping.

Supplied for both right-hand drive and left-hand drive applications, including mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants.
