Suspension Arm - Front - LH - front suspension arm (wishbone) in the front independent suspension assembly, left-hand side.

The arm locates the front hub carrier laterally and longitudinally, carrying cornering, braking and road loads between the hub carrier and the subframe. Its inboard bushes and outboard ball joint set part of the front wheel alignment geometry, so wear in either directly affects steering precision.

Worn bushes or a worn ball joint present as knocking over uneven surfaces, vague steering and uneven front tyre wear. Renew arms in pairs where both sides show wear, and have the front wheel alignment checked afterwards.
