Throttle Gasket for the 4.4L DOHC V8 turbo-diesel engine.

It seals the joint where the throttle body mounts to the intake, maintaining an airtight connection in the engine air intake path. Replace whenever the throttle body is removed.

When should it be replaced?
Replace the throttle gasket whenever the throttle body is removed from the 4.4L V8 diesel engine. It's a single-use gasket, so fit a new one any time the throttle housing is disturbed. A reused gasket can let unmetered air into the intake and upset running.
