EGR Cooler Gasket for the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) circuit of the 4.4L DOHC V8 turbo-diesel (TDV8) engine.

The gasket seals the joint between the EGR cooler and its mating flange, maintaining a gas-tight seal in the recirculation path that returns a measured portion of exhaust gas to the intake to lower peak combustion temperatures and reduce NOx emissions. Replace whenever the EGR cooler is removed or the joint is disturbed.
