Clip — a 6 mm Starlock push-on retaining washer used as a general-purpose fastener across several systems, including exhaust mounting, trim and other hardware.

It is pushed onto a 6 mm stud or spindle, where its sprung internal teeth bite into the shaft and resist pull-off, locking the component in place without a threaded nut. This provides a quick, secure retainer at points that do not require a removable fastening.

A Starlock washer deforms as it is driven on and is treated as a single-use part, renewed whenever it is removed so the replacement grips securely.
