Stop and Tail Bulb - 12V 21/5W twin-filament bulb.

Two filaments share a single envelope: the 21W filament serves the stop lamp and the 5W filament the tail lamp. It uses a BAY15d bayonet cap with offset pins, so the bulb can only be installed one way round in the holder and the two filaments cannot be transposed.
