Valve Stem Seal for the cylinder head valvetrain on TDV6 and TDV8 diesel engines. Fitted to both inlet and exhaust valves, the seal presses onto the valve stem guide and prevents engine oil from being drawn into the combustion chamber past the valve stem.

A full set of 24 seals is required for 2.7 and 3.0 TDV6 engines; 32 seals are required for 3.6 and 4.4 TDV8 engines. Seals are replaced during cylinder head removal or rebuild, and are supplied here as a single unit.
