Breather Tube - crankcase ventilation tube within the engine's emission control system.

It routes crankcase gases from the engine back into the intake tract, so that blow-by is drawn into combustion rather than vented, and keeps crankcase pressure under control. Fitted to the naturally aspirated AJ133 5.0L V8 petrol engine.

A tube that has hardened, split or collapsed allows unmetered air into the intake and can affect idle quality.
