Camshaft Cover Gasket - LH seals the left-hand camshaft cover to the cylinder head on the AJ133 5.0L V8 petrol engine.

It closes the joint around the valve train, containing engine oil within the cylinder head and keeping the cover's sealing face oil-tight. This gasket serves the left-hand bank only; the right-hand bank uses its own gasket.

Replacement is standard practice whenever the camshaft cover is removed.
