Brand Denso
Air flow meter (AFM / MAF sensor) for the 5.0L V8 petrol engine (AJ133), fitted in the intake air system between the air filter and the throttle body.

It measures the mass of air being drawn into the engine and reports it to the engine control module, which uses that signal to set fuelling and ignition timing.

A contaminated or drifting sensor commonly presents as poor throttle response, uneven running or a lean/rich mixture fault code.
