Coolant Hose, Expansion Tank to Thermostat from the engine cooling system pipes and hoses assembly. It links the base of the coolant expansion tank to the thermostat housing.

This hose carries the make-up and bleed flow between the tank and the thermostat housing, keeping the circuit topped up and free of trapped air as the coolant expands and contracts with temperature. Because it sits directly against the thermostat housing it runs hot, and the moulded ends are a common point for hardening and seepage with age.

For the 5.0L V8 petrol (AJ133) and 3.0L V6 supercharged petrol engines.
