EGR Tube connecting the exhaust manifold to the EGR valve on the 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine.

Carries hot exhaust gas from the exhaust manifold to the exhaust gas recirculation valve, which meters a portion of it back into the intake to lower combustion temperatures and reduce nitrogen-oxide emissions.
