Ride Height Sensor for the electronic air suspension system, monitoring front ride height.
The sensor links to the front suspension arm and reports its angular position to the air suspension control module, which regulates air spring pressure to maintain the target ride height and level the vehicle under load. This is the front sensor for vehicles equipped with Continuous Variable Damping (CVD).
A failed or out-of-range sensor commonly sets a suspension fault and can prevent automatic height adjustment.
