Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor - measures the pressure inside the intake manifold and supplies an engine-load signal to the engine control module (ECM).

For the 5.0L V8 and 3.0L V6 supercharged petrol engines. The ECM uses the MAP reading to calculate air mass for fuelling and ignition timing.
