Air Suspension Compressor Mounting Rubber - a vibration-isolating rubber within the electronic air suspension compressor mounting.

It supports the air suspension compressor on its bracket and decouples it from the body, absorbing the vibration produced while the compressor charges the air suspension reservoir. The rubber prevents the compressor's running vibration and noise being transmitted into the vehicle structure, and perished or collapsed mounts allow the unit to resonate against its mounting.
