Rear Brake Disc - Cross-Drilled and Grooved - vented, 325 mm diameter. Part of the rear brake discs and calipers assembly.

The disc mounts to the rear hub flange and provides the friction surface clamped by the rear caliper pads. Internal vanes between the friction faces carry cooling air through the disc, while the drilled holes and machined grooves break up the film of gas, brake dust and water that builds at the pad interface. Keeping that interface clean gives more consistent pad bite and steadier pedal feel through repeated heavy braking, and the grooves continuously de-glaze the pad surface.

Dimensionally interchangeable with the standard vented rear disc: nominal friction-face thickness 20 mm, replace at the 17 mm minimum. Uses the standard rear caliper and pad set, with no bracket or caliper modification required. Fit both sides of the axle together and bed in with fresh pads.

A drilled and grooved face abrades pad material faster than a plain disc, so pad thickness should be checked more frequently.
