Inlet Manifold Gasket for the left-hand cylinder bank of the 5.0 litre V8 petrol engine (AJ133). It seals the joint between the inlet manifold and the cylinder head face, keeping the induction tract airtight and preventing unmetered air from entering downstream of the throttle.

One gasket is used per cylinder bank, so a complete inlet manifold reseal needs this left-hand gasket together with the right-hand gasket, LR011585LR.

Normally replaced whenever the inlet manifold is removed.

The LR011586LR seals the inlet manifold to the cylinder head on the left-hand (LH) bank of the 5.0 litre V8 petrol (AJ133). It prevents air leaks between manifold and head so the engine draws a clean, measured air charge.
How many gaskets does the inlet manifold job need?
You need one LR011586LR for the left-hand bank. The right-hand bank uses gasket LR011585LR. Since the 5.0 V8 has two cylinder heads, a full inlet manifold reseal typically needs both the LH and RH gaskets.
