Versnellingspookveer voor het schakelmechanisme van de handgeschakelde versnellingsbak, die de 1e/2e-keuzebias verzorgt. Deze werkt in de afstandsbedieningsbehuizing van de versnellingspook en belast de pook naar het 1e/2e-keuzevlak.

Deze veer bepaalt een deel van het terugslaggevoel van de dwarsbeweging, waardoor de pook op het juiste vlak komt wanneer deze over de poort wordt bewogen. Een zwakke of gebroken veer verschuift de pookbias en kan het schakelen vaag doen aanvoelen.
