Dieselfilter - Cartridge is het vervangbare filterelement dat zich bevindt in het dieselfilterhuis, stroomopwaarts van de brandstofinjectiepomp in het dieselbrandstoftoevoersysteem.

De cartridge vangt water en deeltjesverontreinigingen uit de diesel op voordat deze de hogedrukinjectiecomponenten bereiken, waardoor de injectiepomp en injectoren worden beschermd tegen slijtage. Het wordt periodiek vervangen als onderhoudsitem.
