Banjo Bout voor de brandstof- en oliecircuits, gebruikt om een banjo-koppeling aan zijn behuizing te bevestigen terwijl vloeistof door het dwarsgeboorde lichaam kan stromen.

Het wordt gebruikt bij holle-boutverbindingen zoals de olietoevoer- en retourleidingen van de turbolader en de aansluitingen van het brandstoffilter en de injectiepomp, waarbij het banjo-oog tegen de afdichtingsringen wordt geklemd om een afgedichte verbinding te vormen tussen stijve leidingen, flexibele leidingen en componentbehuizingen. Gebruikt op de 200 TDi en 300 TDi 2.5L dieselmotoren.
