Pakking Plenums naar Watermantel dicht de verbinding af tussen het plenum en het watergekoelde inlaatspruitstuk in het Rover V8 EFI inlaatsysteem.

Het handhaaft de afdichting tegen het koelvloeistofkanaal van het spruitstuk en voorkomt luchtlekkage in het inlaattraject bij het aansluitvlak van het plenum naar het spruitstuk. Geschikt voor V8 EFI benzinemotoren.

What does the ETC7353 plenum gasket seal?

The ETC7353 seals the joint between the plenum chamber and the water-jacketed intake manifold on the Rover V8 EFI engine. It seals against the manifold coolant gallery and prevents air leaks into the induction tract at the plenum-to-manifold face. This is a Genuine Land Rover gasket.

When should the plenum to water jacket gasket be replaced?

The ETC7353 gasket should be renewed whenever the plenum is removed from the intake manifold on the V8 EFI. A failed gasket typically causes a vacuum leak, giving a rough or high idle, or a coolant seep at the manifold face. Fit a fresh one any time the plenum is disturbed.
