The RTC6755 is the left-hand rear half shaft in the Defender 90, 110 and 130 rear axle. It transmits drive torque from the rear differential through the axle tube to the left-hand wheel hub. The same shaft also fits the front axle on Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic.
Which axle and side does the RTC6755 fit?
RTC6755 fits the left-hand side. On the Defender it's the rear axle half shaft from specific axle serials, such as 22L27848 on the 90 and 20L48866 on the 110/130. On Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic it's the front axle, Less ABS. Use your axle serial to confirm.
What's the difference between the RTC6755 and RTC6754?
RTC6755 is the left-hand half shaft, while RTC6754 is the right-hand shaft for the 90/110. Both share the 31/10 spline designation shown in the name. Order by side, since this left-hand shaft drives the left wheel. Check which side you're replacing first.
