What is the M10 x 25 stub axle bolt used for?

This M10 x 25 hex-head bolt secures the front stub axle to the swivel pin housing. The stub axle carries the wheel hub and bearings, so these bolts hold its flange square against the swivel housing under load. It fits the front axle on Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic.

How many stub axle bolts are needed per side?
