Fan Cowl Flexible Mounting - a rubber mounting for the engine cooling fan cowl.

It secures the fan cowl to the radiator, locating the cowl around the cooling fan while its flexible rubber body absorbs vibration and allows a small amount of relative movement between the cowl and the radiator. Three mountings are used to retain the cowl.
