Spare Wheel Clamp Plate for the Defender underbody spare wheel carrier assembly.

This steel plate forms part of the underfloor spare wheel mounting, securing the spare wheel to the underside of the vehicle. It works in conjunction with the carrier rod and associated hardware to hold the wheel firmly in position and prevent movement while driving.
