Intercooler Hose - Upper, Right-Hand for the charge-air (boost) circuit of the 3.6L V8 32V DOHC diesel engine.
This is the upper hose on the right-hand side of the intercooler pipework, carrying pressurised charge air between the turbocharger, the intercooler and the intake and sealing the joint at each clamped end. It is moulded to follow its run around adjacent engine-bay components.
A secure, leak-free joint here is essential to boost pressure; a split or perished hose causes a loss of charge pressure and reduced engine performance.
