Silicone Intercooler & Turbo Hose Kit - a set of silicone charge-air hoses for the 300Tdi turbo and intercooler circuit, replacing the standard rubber hoses that carry pressurised air between the turbocharger, the intercooler and the inlet manifold.

The hoses are moulded from 4-ply polyester-reinforced silicone with a thicker wall than standard rubber, rated for an operating range of roughly -40°C to +180°C to withstand boost pressure and under-bonnet heat. Black finish.

This kit includes three hoses: the turbo-to-intercooler pipe, the intercooler-pipe-to-intercooler hose and the intercooler-to-inlet-manifold hose.
