Shock Ball Joint Kit - service kit for the spherical mounting joint at the end of a performance shock absorber.

The ball joint is the principal wear point at each end of a coilover, air shock or Mega Sport damper. It lets the shock swivel as the axle articulates; once it develops play the damper body is loaded off-axis, the shaft seal begins to leak and the mounting bolt starts to fret.

This kit renews the joint at one end of one shock, so two kits are required to rebuild both ends of a single damper. No other shock components are included.
