Poly Bush Kit - a polyurethane suspension bush set for the chassis and suspension linkages.

The kit replaces the original rubber suspension bushes with polyurethane, which resists deformation under load to sharpen steering response, reduce unwanted movement and hold suspension geometry more consistently than aged rubber.

This is the non-ACE version: its front anti-roll bar bushes are not suitable for vehicles fitted with Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE).

Frequently asked questions

What is the DC7001 Poly Bush Kit for?
This is a polyurethane suspension bush kit for the Discovery 2 that replaces the original rubber chassis and suspension bushes. Polyurethane resists deformation under load better than aged rubber, sharpening steering response and holding suspension geometry more consistently.
Will this poly bush kit fit a Discovery 2 with ACE (Active Cornering Enhancement)?
No, this is the non-ACE version. Its front anti-roll bar bushes aren't suitable for vehicles fitted with Active Cornering Enhancement, so check whether your Discovery 2 has ACE before ordering.
Why do suspension bushes wear out on a Discovery 2?
Rubber suspension bushes typically perish and soften with age, letting the axle and suspension linkages move more than designed. This shows up as vague steering, clunks over bumps, or uneven tyre wear.
Which Land Rover model does this poly bush kit fit?
This kit fits the Land Rover Discovery 2 only. It's not designed for other Discovery generations or for Discovery 2s fitted with ACE suspension.
