Krukasafdichting voor geplaatst in het distributiedeksel van de motor, die de krukasneus afsluit waar deze uit het carter komt.

De afdichting loopt tegen de roterende krukasneus achter de krukaspoelie en trillingsdemper, waardoor motorolie aan de voorkant van het blok wordt vastgehouden en vuil uit het distributiedeksel en de distributieketting/riem wordt gehouden. Gebruikt bij TDV6, SDV6 en TDV8 dieselmotorconfiguraties.
